In this guide, we will show you how to accept a Job Invite with Workrise. You will need to accept a Job Invite each time you start a new job with Workrise. Accepting your Job Invite will allow you to submit job sheets and get paid for your work.
When you receive your Workrise Job Invite email, click the green “Sign In & Review“ button.
*Note: If you can’t find the job invite email please search your inbox for “email@example.com” or check your spam/junk folder before reaching out to Workrise.
After clicking “Sign In & Review,” you will be taken to the login screen. If you’re an existing worker, simply enter your username and password to login. If you’re new to Workrise, click “Create Account” to get started. To learn more about setting up your Workrise account you can review this support article.
Once you login, you will be invited to Review & Accept work.
On the Review & Accept Work page, you can view the details of the Job Invite, including your approver (if applicable), start date, location, and pay rate information. Once you have confirmed all of the information is correct, click “Accept Work.”
Depending on what type of worker you are, you may be prompted to finish onboarding.
If onboarding is not needed, click “View my Clients” and you are all set to start billing work.
If onboarding is needed, we’ll ask you to “Finish Account Setup” – be prepared to provide your emergency contact, tax information, banking information, and provide document signatures. Be sure to double check this information to ensure there are no issues or delays with your payment or tax forms.
As you are filling out your Personal Info, Tax Info, Payment Info, and any client specific materials, you can click “Exit & Finish Later” to return at another time. Just be sure to finalize your information so we can get you paid on time and accurately!
Once you’ve completed onboarding, click “View my Clients” and you are all set to start billing work. A member of the Workrise Team will be in touch if there are any further needs.
