In this guide, we will show you how to approve, request revisions, or add digital stamps to your workers’ job sheets.
There are two scenarios in which you may need to approve your Workrise workers’ job sheets:
- The first time a worker submits a job sheet to your organization
- Every time a job sheet is submitted thereafter, if your organization requires platform approval for each job sheet submission

How to Review Job Sheets
When a worker submits a job sheet for approval, the relevant individuals with approval permissions at your company will receive an email similar to the example below notifying them of the need to approve the job sheet.
Click “Review & Approve” to review the job sheet and approve the work performed.
After selecting “Review & Approve”, you will be directed to the login screen. Login using your current username and password.
From here, you’ll see one of the two following screens. Regardless of which screen you see, the job sheet approval and rejection process is still the same.
If you see the screen directly below, review the Work Details and Payment Summary sections to ensure the information is correct. If everything is correct, select Approve Job Sheet. Otherwise, select Request Revisions.
If you’re taken to a screen that looks like this after logging in, review the uploaded documents to ensure everything looks correct. If everything is correct, select Approve Job Sheet. Otherwise, select Request Revisions.
How to Request Revisions
If requesting revisions, please check the box(es) indicating the reasons you are requesting revisions and provide any additional detail necessary.
Then click, “Send back to [worker]”. The worker will be notified via email to review the requested updates.

What Happens After Approving a Job Sheet
Once you’ve completed the steps above and provided job sheet approval, the worker will receive a notification of your approval via email:
