About User Roles
Workrise offers 4 different user permission levels, also known as roles.

How to Add a User
If you’re an Admin and would like to add users to your company’s account, navigate to ‘Account Settings’, located in the bottom left of your Workrise account.
Click into User Management, then click ‘Invite User.’ Enter the user’s first name, last name, email, job title at your organization, and select their user role. The user will receive an email inviting them to create an account.
How to Edit or Remove a User
If you’re an Admin and would like to edit or remove a user from your company’s account, navigate to the User Management page. Find the user you’d like to edit or remove, and click the three dots to the right side of the row they appear on.
