You can manage all your vendors through Workrise, no matter if they are vendors you have direct contracts with or ones you contract via Workrise:
- “Direct” Vendors are ones you hold an MSA directly with
- “Managed” Vendors are ones you contract through Workrise, with support from Workrise teams
Here’s a breakdown of the platform features and services provided by the Workrise team that you get access to based on whether a vendor is Direct or Managed.
Note: Your Managed vendors will be marked in your Workrise vendor list as “Subcontracted”.
