Health & Safety Data
We are required to collect some basic HSE data from all of our Workrise Connect customers. For the OSHA and EMR sections you can choose to opt out but you must provide a reason. Most commonly, this will be because you have not been in business long enough to have these records or, for OSHA, your line of business may make you exempt from filing. For years that this information is unavailable, simply select Opt Out, enter your reason and click Save.
OSHA 300/300a
Upload OSHA logs for each of the past three years.
EMR
Upload EMR documents for the past three years.
Certificate of Insurance (COI)
In order to be eligible for the Workrise Connect program, we need to make sure your company meets some basic insurance requirements.
For instant eligibility, we require a minimum limit of $1 million for general, automobile and workers compensation/employers' liability insurance. Our requirements for umbrella / excess liability insurance will be determined on a per job basis but we ask that you list the highest coverage amount you can provide to help make you instantly eligible to work with more E&P companies.
Please Note: If you are unable to meet the automobile or workers comp limits, you will not be eligible for the Connect program. However, there are a small number of exceptions, depending on your company's line of work. If you do not meet these limits and would like to request a waiver, please contact us at RUSCO@workrise.com.
Once you have selected your limits, you will be asked to upload a COI that names RUSCO Operating LLC / RUSCO Group as additionally insured and the certificate holder.
Your COI must also include evidence of additional insured status and waiver of subrogation in accordance with the MSA requirements (also state if you have a blanket waiver of subrogation and blanket additional insured endorsement).
Our address:
RUSCO Operating LLC / RUSCO Group
111 Congress Ave Suite 900
Austin, TX 78701
Once you upload your COI it will be submitted for review.
Supplemental Insurance Costs
In the event that you cannot meet the general liability or umbrella/insurance requirements as outlined in the MSA between the E&P company scheduling the job and Workrise, Workrise will provide coverage through its contractor insurance program.
The fee associated with Workrise supplemented insurance is an additional 5% fee, deducted from the total invoice amount at the end of the job.
Workrise MSA
The Workrise MSA is how you gain access to our network and grants the ability to work with any E&P company. Our MSA can be executed online. All you need is the authority to bind your company to the terms of the MSA. If you have the necessary authority, simply:
- Read through the MSA
- Enter your company's legal name
- Provide your full title
- Check the box to accept
- Submit
A time stamp will appear when the MSA has been submitted, and you will be able to download a copy for your records by clicking Download MSA.
