RigUp makes it incredibly easy to source the best independent contractors by helping you create custom job postings on our platform.
Login to your account and navigate to your Workforce Manager page.
Step 1: Create a New Job Post
Click Post a Job near the top right of your Workforce Manager page. This will take you to the "Create a Job Posting" template.
Step 2: Fill In Relevant Job Information
Now you will input all relevant information for your job posting such as job details, requirements, and screening questions (*you can use pre-formulated screening questions or create your own custom questions*).
Step 3: Make Your Job Posting Live on RigUp!
Once you are ready, click Post Job at the bottom right of the page to set the posting to live. This will automatically post your job to the "Job Postings" page on the RigUp website. Contractors will now be able to view and apply to your job post.
Editing Your Job Post
We make it very easy to edit your job post. Navigate to your Workforce Manager page and click on the "Job Postings" tab in the upper left area of the page. This view will allow you to see all of your job posts. Find the post that you want to edit and click Edit. This will take you to Edit Job Posting page. Once you are done editing, you will scroll to the bottom of the page and click Post Changes.
View & Hire Applicants
As contractors submit applications you'll be able to review them from the Job Postings page. Click View Applicant(s) to review the profiles of each contractor that has applied to your posting. When viewing a candidate you can review their full profile, resume, and contact information. If you the applicant is not quite what you are looking for or you are not quite ready to make a decision, you have the ability to "Skip" or "Bookmark" the candidate.
When you find the perfect candidate, click Hire and fill out the form that appears. Once you are finished, you can click Begin Onboarding at the bottom of the form. Our team will then reach out to the contractor and ensure they've provided all of the necessary documentation to start work!
