Change Your Password
To change your password, hover your cursor over the settings icon in the top right corner of your Workrise profile then select Account from the drop-down menu.
This will lead you to a window labeled User Profile. There will be a button which you can click to change the password.
Once you click the button, a pop up will prompt you to enter your previous password, then your new password.
Reset Your Password
On the homepage, click Sign In on the top right corner of the web page. This button will direct you to the Sign In portal. Click Forgot Password?
This link will send you to the password reset portal. Enter the email that you have affiliated with your Workrise account. Then select the Request Password Reset.
Within a few minutes, you should receive an email from support@workrise.com with a link to reset your password.
Note: Password reset emails are only valid for 4 hours. If you request multiple password reset emails, you must use the most recently received email.
Follow the link in the email to update your password in workrise.com. Your new password must be more than 8 characters and at least 1 number. Select Change Password to apply the changes.
Be sure to sign in to the website using your new password immediately afterward to ensure that the password reset process is complete.
