Wrong Job Sheet Template
If you attempt to upload a Job Sheet by using an incorrect or outdated job sheet template, you will see an error message letting you know you’ve uploaded a job sheet with the wrong template. The message will read:
It looks like you're using the wrong job sheet template. Please download the latest template and re-upload to continue.
If you receive this error, you should:
- Download the latest Job Sheet template, either from the Verify Details and Upload page or from the Clients page.
- Fill out your job sheet using the downloaded template.
- Re-upload your job sheet using the steps outlined in this article.
For example, if you submit a Job Sheet using the wrong template, you would first see an error message letting you know you had submitted a sheet with the wrong template:
Then, you should click the New Job Sheet Template button above the red error box.
This will download the latest version of your Job Sheet Template.
Then fill out your job sheet, return to the Verify Details and Upload Page, and click the “X” on the red error box.
Then upload your job sheet and click Next.
If you successfully uploaded your job sheet, you will be able to move on to the next step, which is the Add Project Details page.
