Once you log in to your new Workrise experience, you will need to submit a Job Sheet in order to receive your payment. In this guide, we will show you how to submit a Job Sheet and the approval process if revisions are required. You can also click here to watch a support video.
Under the “Clients” tab, you should see the current client and job you are currently on. From here you can click on “Submit Job Sheet” to get started.
When you click through “Submit Job Sheet,” you should be prompted to enter the pay period start and end dates. Then proceed to upload your job sheet, along with any supporting documents you may have.
Enter the pay period start and end dates, state where the work was performed, and hours worked. Upload your job sheet, and any potential supporting documents. Click “Submit.”
*Note - the NextDay Pay™ feature is currently under construction. However if you are a 1099 Worker, it is still available for you to take advantage of – please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 866.467.4487 (opt. 2) if you’d like to opt in or out. If opting in, Workrise needs to be notified and job sheets must be submitted by noon CST.
After submitting your job sheet, you will see your job sheet has been successfully submitted when you land on the next screen. You’ll see a green notification in the top right corner. It should look something like this:
If revisions to your job sheet are requested by your client, we will send you an email notifying you that you will need to revise your job sheet and re-upload it for approval. Click “Review Revisions” to be brought back to your Workrise account.
Under the “Job Sheets” tab, you should see the job sheet that requires your revisions by checking under the “Status” column. From here, you can click on the pencil icon to edit the job sheet that requires you to revise.
Once you click through to the job sheet that requires revision, there will be information highlighted on how exactly the job sheet needs to be revised.
*Note - currently in this new experience, you cannot download previous job sheets that were submitted. If you need to download them, please contact email@example.com or call us at 866.467.4487 opt. 2.
Once you make your revisions to the job sheet and re-upload it, you can submit it for approval.
If there are no further revisions requested, you should be notified by email that your job sheet is approved.
