If a worker submitted time for the incorrect jobsite or week, you can decline their timecard.
Declining a timecard may result in the worker not getting paid, so please double-check before declining time.
In your Workrise account, review the time submitted by each worker. To decline a timecard, click the down arrow next to the approve button and select Decline.
A new screen will slide open showing you the worker’s timecard details.
Please provide a reason why the timecard needs to be declined. If you would like to share an optional note with the worker and/or your Workrise account manager, add it to the notes section.
Once you’re finished, select Decline Timecard.
A banner confirming that the timecard was declined will appear across the top of the page. The status next to the worker’s name will also change to Declined.
