How to View Your Employee Handbook in Paylocity

  1. Log in to  Your Self-Service Portal Internet Browser: https;//access.paylocity.com/

    • If you do not remember your username or password, you can select 'Help' at the top of the screen
      • You can then either select forgot username or forgot password
      • It will ask you a series of questions to validate your identity and either provide you a username or temporary password

  2. Under the Employment Section you will see the Handbook in three different Languages

  3. Click on the Language of your Choice

  4. Once you Click the Language it will appear at the bottom of your page

  5. Click to Open and View the Handbook
