You can access a job sheet requiring revisions through your email or your new Workrise experience. In this article, we will show you how to navigate both options. If you need to edit your job sheet after submitting, please contact us at support@workrise.com or call us at 866.467.4487 (opt. 2).
You will receive an email notification if your submitted job sheet requires revisions. Simply click “Review Revisions” to be taken to your job sheet.
*Note: If you can’t find the email notification please search your inbox for “support@workrise.com” or check your spam/junk folder before reaching out to Workrise.
Make the suggested changes to your job sheet, re-upload the edited job sheet, and click “Submit.”
*Note: if you need help while revising your job sheet, click the “Help” button on the bottom of your screen to chat with a support representative. You can also contact us at support@workrise.com or call us at 866.467.4487 (opt. 2).
You will receive an email notification when your job sheet has been approved. You can also check approval status within your new experience. After logging in, click “Job Sheets” in the top left corner of your screen.
Here you will find all job sheets submitted within your new Workrise experience. You can also edit a job sheet from this view by clicking the pencil icon next to the job sheet requiring revisions.
*Note: if you need to edit a job sheet that is “Submitted” or “Awaiting Approval” please contact us at support@workrise.com or call us at 866.467.4487 (opt. 2).
Make the suggested changes to your job sheet, re-upload the edited job sheet, and click “Submit.” You will receive an email notification when your job sheet has been approved.
