Fuel Card (Wex Program)

Things to Remember: 

The WEX card is to be used for Fuel & Car Washes only. The WEX card will not work for any merchandise or maintenance charges. 

NEVER remove a WEX card from a vehicle under any circumstances, as this is against company policy. 

Do not share your DPID with anyone else, as this is against company policy. 

What is my Driver Pin ID (DPID)? 

Your driver Pin ID is a number assigned specifically to you that allows you to use the WEX fuel cards located in the company fleet vehicles. 

How do I find my DPID? 

Your DPID will automatically be sent to you during the onboarding process. If you have not received an email with it, please contact the FPE team to assign you one. 

What can I use my DPID for? 

You use your DPID when purchasing fuel or a car wash at the pump. 

What can I use my WEX card for? 

You can use the wex card assigned to the vehicle for fuel and car washes for that specific vehicle only. 

How do I purchase a car wash?

A car wash can ONLY be purchased at the pump at a location that accepts WEX. You cannot use your WEX card at a free standing car wash. 

What if my WEX Card is Denied? 

If your WEX card is denied, please follow the instructions below: 

1. Check to make sure this location accepts this WEX Card. You can do so by searching the location on the EFM app or by calling 1-800-325-8838. For instructions on how to locate fuel stations via EFM app, please see the Workrise App Tutorial Document.
2. Check to make sure your DPID is correct. 
3. Check to make sure the Odometer reading is correct. 
4. Contact a member of the FPE team. Their contact information can be found below on the last page of this document. 

What if my DPID is not working? 

If your DPID is not working, please double check to make sure you are using the correct ID assigned to YOU. DO NOT EVER SHARE DPIDs, as this is against company policy. If you find your DPID is correct from the email that was sent to you at onboarding, please notify the FPE team. 

What do I do if my vehicle does not have a WEX card? 

If you were assigned a vehicle without a WEX card, please contact a member of the FPE Team. 

Can I share my DPID? 

No. Do not share your DPID with anyone under any circumstances. 

What if I accidentally take a Wex Card from a vehicle? 

If you accidentally remove a Wex Card from a vehicle, please alert the FPE team immediately.
