When do I submit an inspection report?
- Issuance of your vehicle (Pre-Trip)
- 1st of the each month (In-Trip)
- Return / Decommission or swapping out of your vehicle into another Workrise vehicle (Post-Trip)
Where do I find an inspection report?
The vehicle inspection form can be found by downloading the Geotab Drive Application, for Apple or Android in the application store with respect to the type of smartphone that you are using.
What does Pre-Trip, In-Trip and Post-Trip mean?

This inspection will occur when a vehicle has been assigned to you. You will complete this type of inspection before you take the newly assigned vehicle to the field. |

This inspection will occur once per month, on the 1st of the month, for the duration of the operation of this vehicle. |

This inspection will occur when a vehicle has been dropped off / no longer assigned to a driver / new vehicle assignment. |
Anytime a driver is no longer operating the assigned vehicle. This inspection will occur at decommission / return of vehicle. |
